  • Raw Material Handling System(Le

    Lehui Smons provides complete raw material handling equipment and automation system, including material conveying, storage silo, oscillating sieve, pulse bag dust aspirating, measuring hopper and mill etc.
    Flexible starch mixing system enables direct corn starch dosing and mixture of corn and rice dosing. Processes like frequency conversion feeding; second mixing, dust leakage prevention and dust recycle are applied as its advancement.

  • Syrup System

    The syrup use system has two modes. One mode is to directly purchase syrup and the system is mainly composed of syrup storage tank, addition pump, metering device, etc. The other mode is to purchase granulated sugar and the system is mainly composed of sugar dissolving system, syrup storage tank, addition pump, metering device, etc., or the other mode is to add granulated sugar batch by batch and convey the sugar to boiling kettle after the sugar dissolves.
    The conveying pipeline wit electric heating belt can ensure that the temperature of syrup in the tube will not decline and prevent caking.

  • Mashing / Rice Cooking System

    Gimbaled stirring motor: compact structure, minimum maintenance, economical electricity consumption and stable driving.

  • Lauter Tun System

    Driving device: Apply gimbaled frequency conversion control on speed reducing system and use electric lifting instead of conventional hydraulic lifting, which results to more convenient, homogeneous and gentle driving, as well as less maintenance, failures and leakage.
    Multi-area ring-pipe gathering system: configuring with honeycomb wort gathering connection, the effluent path of wort can be more accordant with ring-pipe gathering system. According to its concentration control technique, this system can balance the concentration of the inside and outside grains layer, especially when in the grains washing step, it guarantees the uniformity of the whole grains layer in order to achieve the highest rate of yield with Lehui's characteristic..
    Grains raking and discharging: well combined raker and blade will not have the trouble of blades pulling off with its rational structure and also can reduce repairing, it can be used as raker when running forward and can be used as grains remover while running reverse.
    High-position principal axis seal: can solve the problem of leakage and pollution completely.
    False bottom: Lehui-made 4mm grooving false bottom, improves a lot in smoothness and cleanness.

    Control: Automatic on-line control through control units of pressure, flow, level and turbidity meter etc.

     Up to 25T charge per filter, it is able to fulfill the filtration for brew length of 130m3.
    Automatic cloth spray cleaning ensures a high efficiency, no manual operation and minimum maintenance cost.
    With special center mash intake and sparging technology, the mash filter ensures the evenness of mash distribution and thoroughness of sparging, which also guarantees the yield, extends the cloth cleaning intervals and reduces the water consumption.

    Specially designed spreader increasing evaporation area and reducing billing time.

  • Thermal Energy Recovery Plant

    Technical Parameters:
    Thermal energy water inlet temperature: 78-80℃

    Thermal energy water outlet temperature: 98-99℃
    Wort temperature before preheating: 74-76℃
    Wort temperature after preheating: 95℃
    Wort temperature at inlet of wort kettle: 99℃
    Recovery method: recovery under atmospheric pressure, recovery under low pressure
    Effect: energy saving over 30%
    Equipment Features:

    To increase wort temperature which heated by thermal energy water only as much as possible, it can be reached above 95°C to reduce consumption of live steam at the later stage.
    When heating to 98-99℃, wort goes into wort kettle in the state of sub-boling.
    Water sealed tank is adopted as vacuum and overpressure safety device.
    Multiple combination modes are available for thermal energy recovery water tank.

  • Vacuum Evaporation System

    Technical Parameters:
    Vacuum evaporation rate: 1.5-2.5%
    Vacuum degree: 0.3-0.45bar
    Evaporation temperature: 85-88℃

    Hot wort temperature after vacuum evaporation: 85-88℃
    DMS content in cold wort: 0-10ppb
    Process:
    After sedimentation, hot wort enters the vacuum evaporation tank as a tangent and forms a reversal cone evaporation area in the vacuum evaporation tank. Under the force of vacuum, wort flash vapors and boils. This will effectively eliminate newly formed DMS in the whirlpool and free DMS in the wort kettle.

    It’s supplement for boiling effect of wort kettle system, which can reduce the total quantity of evaporation and consumption of live steam.
    As parallel connection system of the original system, it suits the old factory rebuilding, which means we can rebuild them without stopping the production.

  • Whirlpool & Sediment Tank

    Whirlpool System:
    Low speed tangent feeding, short time of sediment, tightly formed hot trub for effective separation.
    Special mechanical-driven cleaning device thoroughly cleans the trub by backwash.
    Anti-leakage double seat valve at the outlet of whirlpool can effectively separate the washing for brewhouse and fermentation plant, and also reduce the dead corner.
    Newly designed inverted-cone whirlpool benefits more to the sedimentation and washing of the hot trub.

    Sediment Tank System:
    Large conical bottom effectively unites two types of sedimentation: whirling and natural sedimenting, which makes the hot trub subside at the bottom of the tank in relax state.
    The hot trub can be recovered without using the mechanical scatter device or extra water consumption, reduce water consumption when scattering.

  • CIP System for Brewhouse

    Full-automatic program control, composed of CIP tank, heat exchanger, CIP pump, acid/caustic density meter, acid/caustic dosing pump, anti-leakage valves, etc. The cleaning effect is reliable.

  • Wort Cooling and Aeration Syste

    Features:
    Two pumps with frequency conversion at front and back of plate cooler, can adjust pump’s conveying frequency in reference with the distance of fermentor. It is a way to reduce electric consumption and enhance equipment safety.
    There are two sections of the wort cooling system for your choice. The first section uses room temperature water as the cooling medium and the second section uses alcohol-water as the cooling medium to cut down the investment in cold water preparation system and reduce one intermediate refrigerant medium. Thus, it is relatively more energy efficient.

    Aeration capacity: 8-16ppm
    Aeration Control mode: One way is performing on line control through the feedback of oxygen dissolving meter; while another way is accurately adjusting through mass flow meter and high precision regular valve.

    Lehui typical high efficiency mixer ensures the dissolution of oxygen is even, sanitary and accurate.

  • Hop Dosing System

    Consists of 2 or 3 sets of hop dosing tank, dosing table, conveying pump, pipeline and valve.
    Safety devices like safety valve, vacuum valve, exhaust valve, etc. are installed on the top of dosing tank, which results in high operational safety.
    Hop dosing is designed as bottom-in-top-exit to avoid hop blocking in the pipeline. After dosing,
    pump and clean the tank with warm water. The whole operation is fully automatic and easy.

  • Auxiliary System for Brewhouse

    Auxiliary material dissolving and dosing system: Dosing of acid, enzyme and additives aren’t through the manhole, so it can relieve working intensity and enhance safety.

  • Yeast Dosing System

    Design Data:
    Dosing of amount: 0.5-1
    %
    Control mode: Frequency conversion pump controlled by flow meter signal, quantitative dosing or continuous dosing.
    Dosing with double seat valve, separate yeast pipeline and wort pipeline, which is hygienic and convenient.
    Safety device at the outlet of yeast dosing pump can protect the rotor pump.

  • Yeast Propagation System

    Designed tank with no dead corner, high brightness easy to wash, reliable sterilizing performance, CIP system make sure the washing and sterling effect of the complete yeast system.
    Control program sets +0.5 bar in the tank for the whole processes from CIP cleaning, wort sterilization, cooling to propagation, making sure of pure-bred yeast propagation.
    Smooth pipeline design as closed loop to avoid cleaning dead corner.
    Non-steam-leakage design to maintain high hygienic standard in the operation environment. Series models for your selection, or design as your request, such as one-tank method, two-tank method and three-tank method.

    We also provide active dry yeast propagation including activation tank and propagation tank etc.
    Carlsberg tank
    It consists of aseptic sampling valve, aseptic inoculation valve, bottom aeration pipe, vent pipe,
    aseptic filter, inoculation hose and accessories. It can be sterilized by autoclave or by steam directly.

  • Yeast Storage System

    Cooling method: Tank body jacket cooling or special plate cooling Function of storage: Mixing, cooling, pickling, cleaning, aeration and dosing.
    Tank top device with mixer, having very good mixing performance, makes the temperature of thick yeast sludge more even, cooling becomes quicker, and make sure the yeast is hundred-percent aerated. It consists of vacuum valve, safety valve, automatic pressure control valve, mixer, aeration pole, spray ball, etc.

    There is anti-leakage bottom shuttle valve, which is designed especially for producing draft beer.

  • Fermentation Tank/BBT

    With years of experiences in tank fabrication and installation, Lehui has produced thousands of fermentor and BBTs. And set up the mathematic model for simulation of temperature drop, which solves the problem concerning momentum, energy and quality transfer in the process of fermentation.
    For the time being, Lehui successfully designed and manufactured fermentor, whose diameter is
    7500mm and net volume is 600m3 with ideal cooling speed. The biggest   CCT with   a super big scale 1200m3 can be also designed and produced.

    Stainless steel tank body:
    The tank’s advantages are: bright and even surface. Use mechanical polishing and electrochemical polishing. The brightness can meet customers, process requirements. It can be
    ≤0.8μm,≤0.6μm,≤0.2μm,≤0.1μm. The polishing direction is same as that of CIP flow.
    Jacket:
    Many kinds for option: laser-welded dimple jacket, laser-welded arch channel jacket, laser-welded corrugated channel jacket, half pipe jackets, etc. For different coolants.
    Lehui owns the patent of laser welded heat exchanging plate, which is featured in: laser welding, various section forms. Its temperature falling rate satisfies customers, processing requirements. Meanwhile, the safe performance f jacket is improved largely, to meet the requirement of direct ammonia cooling.

    Mechanical polishing direction same as CIP flow, which enhances cleaning effect and reduces cost.
    Site Installation
    Lehui takes workshop as no.1 "battlefield" and takes site as no. 2 for project management. There are advanced processing equipment and production flow as well as strict quality control system in our workshop. There is strict project management system, including fabrication, quality control, safety, high efficiency, etc. on site, too.

    Lehui has the world’s most advanced mechanic polishing and electrochemistry technology, to meet the strictest draft beer production standard.

  • Tank Top System

    Provide tank top system with many types and specifications like lever type, spring type, and the like, to meet different process requirement of different fermenters. Including vacuum valve, safety valve, gas/liquor separator, spray ball, non-return valve, sight-glass and instruments connections, the start-up is sensible and accurate, equipped with self-cleaning device.

  • Valves and Pipelines to Cellars

    Well-arranged pipeline is the key to draft beer production. It should meet production requirements, and make sure no hygienic dead corner. The thorough and systematic cleaning and control are important factors.
    Organic connection of equipments in fermentation shop reflects the engineering experiences of Lehui.
    Two types of material piping: fixed pipeline plus distribution panel and fixed pipeline plus double seats valve cluster;

    Cooling pipelines have alcohol water pipe and ammonia pipe. A rational design of pipelines will directly influence tank's cooling rate. Lehui is very experienced in ammonia pipeline design and manufacture.
    Automatic central sampling system not only reduce the workload, make easier for the management and improve the efficiency, but also guarantee the pipeline aseptic cleaning and the accuracy of sampling.

  • Deaeration Water and High-gravi

    Features:
    Cold deaeration: fully use the imported high ratio exterior area stuffing which can reduce tower height, achieve minimum consumption of CO2, low investment and operation cost. The ratio of specific surface area comes to 1:750.
    Hot deaeration: apply the heat exchanger with small difference in temperature but large area plate. Take full advantage of the thermal recovery, reducing the consumption of steam and coolant. Designed to have self-circulation function which guarantees only the conformity deaeration water can flow out.
    Newly-designed beer mixing station continuously mixes high-gravity beer and deaerated water with accurate mixing proportion.

  • CIP System for Fermentation Sho

    CIP for draft beer contains 4 parts: cold CIP before filtration, hot CIP before filtration, cold CIP after filtration and hot CIP after filtration, so as to avoid cross-contamination.
    This system considers not only the cleaning of tank body and pipeline, but also the cleaning of filtration system and PVPP regeneration.
    Full automatic control, including temperature control, pressure control, level control and density control.
    The processing includes: warm water, hot caustic, cold caustic, acid, disinfection liquid, recycle water, deaerated water and brewing water etc.
    The main equipment are hot water tank, hot caustic tank, cold caustic tank, acid tank, disinfection liquid tank, recycle water tank, brewing water tank, CIP conveying pump, heater, automatic acid/caustic dosing pump, etc.
    It can build up whole brewery CIP terminal for centralization control according to the customer's request.

  • BREWTECH Brewing Expert Control

    BREWTECH beer brewery expert control software is developed by Lehui Company based on the excellent beer brewery control software by domestic and foreign manufacturers, which entitles BREWTECH control software to become a beer brewery control system of international level. BREWTECH adopts the merits of various control software and is optimized according to the actual situation in China, resulting in simplified and convenient application, stronger intelligent control function, and additional function of production management. In addition, we initially developed visual image ingredients editing management system, such that BREWTECH control system may automatically control the whole production process, improving the efficiency and reliability of saccharification production.

  • Brewing Water System

    The system includes warm water system, hot water system and cold water system.
    System characteristics:
    It deploys constant low pressure water supply mode to reduce power consumption.
    It deploys hot water tight type greater circulation water supply mode to make the hot water in the hot water pipeline flow all the time and to reduce the temperature dead space, which is beneficial to the precision control of temperature at each stage.
    It deploys ammonia direct cooling to prepare cold water to reduce the energy consumption.

  • Non Pasteurized Beer Packaging

    As the leading producer of brewing, filling and packaging equipment for beer, Lehui can supply sterile filling system of draught beer which is applicable to Chinese actual conditions for beer producers. The sterile filling system of draught beer researched and developed by Lehui deploys the internationally leading packaging container radiation sterilization process and aims at the sterile filling sets and ensures that the beer which has been aseptic filtered is filled under sterile environment and after filling, the quality guarantee period of such beer without pasteurization can be equal to or more than that of conventional beer.

  • Bottle Washer

  • Filler & Capper

    Lehui’s M-Filling LHPBGY filler deploys mechanical filing valve and is applicable to the filling of beer and CO2 container beverage. This filler can be applicable to the filling of different bottles through the quick replacement of star wheel assembly and meet the demands of different levels through quick replacement of muffler as well as deploys secondary evacuation.
    This series of filler deploys high-precision mechanical filling valve with short tube structure, which contributes to the low fault rate and high reliability of whole machine. M-filling standard deploys built-in mechanical valve and external insulator cylinder, which is applicable to glass bottles and rigid recyclable PET bottle and to the filling of multiple CO2 container beverages. The filling of bottles with different height is realized through adjustment of annular cylinder, the different level filling is realized through change of muffler length and the filling of bottles with different shape is realized through replacement of bottle feeding screw and star wheel assembly.

    Electronic valve filling machine
    Lehui’s electronic valve filling machine deploys currently most advanced Type P electronic isobar filling valve and is applicable to the filling of conventional and draught beer. The development of such product not only bridges the gap of domestic beer filling technology but represents Chinese most advanced beer packaging line. For the whole filling process, the glass bottle will be steam sterilized for two times and evacuated for three times to ensure the sterilization and low oxygen content of product and prolong the shelf life of product. This series of filling machine realizes isobar filling and has high speed and low speed filling function, of which the filling level precision can be controlled within ±2mm.

  • Pasteurizer

    Lehui’s central heating pasteurizing sterilizer is a kind of new sterilizer which has such advantages as precision pasteurizing unit control, high efficiency, low energy consumption, minimum maintenance and cleaning, shorter installation time, etc. LHPBSJ series energy-saving sterilizer is independently designed central heating energy-saving pasteurizing sterilizer based on conventional double-layer tunnel sterilizer and aimed at energy saving and water saving, which deploys pasteurizing sterilization process to biologically sterilize bottled beer. The bottled beer with qualified filling enters sterilizer and then is subject to twelve temperature zone treatment, which will kill yeast in the bottle within certain spraying temperature and time, and the outlet temperature ≤30℃, which ensures the stability microorganisms of beer and beverage and prolong the shelf life of product as well as ensure the product quality. The fully auto PU value intelligent temperature control system ensures the pure and uniform taste of beer after being sterilized.

  • Pressureless Conveyor Combiner

    Lehui’s pressure free conveyance technique resolves bottle crowding, bottle blocking, bottle falling, bottle breaking, large noise, instability, unreliability and other problems occurring when the multiple rows of bottles changes to single row of bottles on the high-speed filling line and the conveying device is composed of inclined multiple rows (≥12 rows at maximum) of three-section conveying chain with different velocity and driven by three VF motor as well as has photoelectric detection for the number of full bottle, accumulated bottle and supplied bottles (number of supplied bottle within unit time), which can change the velocity of conveying chain in accordance with the velocity pulse signal sent by filling machine or labeling machine and via PLC auto synchronous tracking to ensure the continuous and smooth supply of bottles.

  • Instantaneous sterilizer

    Lehui’s tube bundle ultra heat treated (UHT) sterilizer is composed of multiple tubes (preheating section, sterilizing section, cooling section, etc.) in accordance with technological process and can complete the heating, insulation, heat recovery and cooling at the same time. In addition, it has sterilization temperature auto control, recording, alarming and other functions and different discharge temperature can be set in accordance with different production technology. The product can guarantee that the nutrition constituent will not be destroyed to the extent maximum and maintain the fresh feeling of product and is widely used in milk and beverage industries.

  • Preparation System

    The fully auto tea drinks, fruit juice and syrup preparing system includes tea leaf extraction, tea powder or auxiliary material dissolution, fruit juice and vegetable juice preparation, high-speed sugar dissolving device, hot water preparing system, CIP cleaning system, PLC auto system, etc.

  • PET Ultra-clean Hot Filling Lin

    Along with the continuous improvement of sanitary standard and food safety requirements for canned products, Lehui’s ultra clean sanitary hot filling combinational machine is developed, which integrates the global new and excellent PET filling technology and equipment manufacture technology, inherits the international standard and embodies the modern sanitary specification as well as replaces the European and American similar equipment and is the leading excellent representative of light industry equipment in China.
    The maximum volume is 2500ML, the maximum production capacity is 40000 bottle / hour and it is widely used for products as juice, tea drinks, sports and energy drinks, health drinks, etc.
    Besides the standard sanitary hot filling, it can also realize middle temperature filing, ultra clean low temperature cold filling as well as the filling of cold chain products in accordance with the customized technological requirements, which is the upgrading product of conventional hot filling device.

  • PET Aseptic Filling Line

    Now, people are pursing greener foods and more fashionable consumption and what people are advocating is the natural juice and taste, so the loss and reduction of nutrition constituent in drinks and the addition of preservatives are incompatible with the market consumption trend and not accepted by the broad consumers. In order to better resolve such technical problem, sterile cold filling, called as global new advanced filling technology of beverage industry, emerges as the times require.
    Compared to the conventional hot filling technology, PET sterile cold filling technology has such technical advantages as UHT, less reduction of vitamin and other compositions and more fresh and natural juice taste; the filling is carried out in sterile environmental at normal temperature and the product is added with preservatives, which thus guarantees the safety of product, improves the production capacity, reduces the raw materials and energy consumption as well as production cost and brings advanced technology. Therefore, it can be broadly used in various canned drinks.

    Through years of technical reserves and with reference to the European leading technology, Lehui has successfully developed PET sterile cold filling line which conforms to international general standard, technical specification and typical configuration, replaces the imported similar products and represents the leading level of domestic beverage filling technology as well as provides local equipment and services with ultra high cost efficiency to middle- to high-end producers for pursuing high quality drinks.
    The product can be more broadly used than PET hot filling and covers high acid value, low acid value and neutral products, which has been increasingly used in fruit juice, tea drinks, sports and energy drinks, coffee drinks, milky drinks, etc.

    The maximum production capacity can reach as high as 43200 bottle / hour.

  • Biological Fermentation Tanks

    Our designed fermentation tank non-standard one and can design and manufacture products which are completely in conformity with customers’ demands in accordance with customers’ requirements. In cases of design of various fermentation equipments, we strive to ensure that the design structure is compact, the accessories inside equipment are less and the surface is smooth. Our produced fermentation tank’s volume can reach as large as 400m³ and the minimum one is only 15L.
    Generally speaking, when the nominal volume is below 1.5M3, the tank will be jacketed type and the cooling or heating of fermentation broth is completed via jacket. When the nominal volume is above 1.5M3, the cooling of fermentation broth is completed via internal coil (or tube bundle) and also, if the heat exchange area can’t reach the requirements, it is available to add external jacket.
    We have improved the manufacture of coil (tube bundle) inside the tank and deployed auto welding. In addition, we carry out radiographic inspection for 100% welding lines to ensure that the tube surface is smooth without scratch and thus to reduce the microbiological contamination possibility.

  • Non-standard Vessels

    Lehui is the largest stainless steel equipment manufacturer in China, of which the largest tank’s volume can reach as large as 1200m3 and the smallest reaction tank is only 15L. We have years of stainless steel vessel manufacture experience and are specialized into the production of chemical equipment and vessels for biotechnology, medicine, cosmetics, light industry, etc.

  • Processe Control System

    BrewTech process control system is an integration control system based on Simatic technology and developed especially for beer, beverage and other process control industries. The system has such functions as monitoring, formula edition, sequence chain control, batch order production, historical statement, database inquiry, historical curve inquiry, operation log inquiry, Batch record, system setting, language switch, etc, which can realize the data communication between Sever and PLC and between Sever and Client. Also, the compatibility of such system in the old and new system has been well embodied in the project practice.   • Industrial Refrigeration Contro

    The auto control of refrigerating system can stabilize the product quality and beer taste, save energy; reduce the production cost and the labor strength of operators.
    The auto control of refrigerating system has two control modes as manual and auto for selection. The auto control mode is controlled via PLC and all equipment (refrigerating unit, evaporative condenser, cold water cooler, ammonia board heat exchange, etc.) can automatically adjust its parameters in accordance with the running parameters. The lower computer of control system deploys PLC for monitoring and the upper computer deploys industrial personal computer which runs configuration software. The lower computer and upper computer are connected via network and all refrigerating equipment will respond to the instruction and monitoring of upper computer after the lower computer sends the data to the upper computer via field bus.

  • OEM Device Control

    It is available to maximize the production capacity without needing to add integration cost via deep inspection on the workshop specification requirements and to reduce the development and commissioning time, control the system safety.
